Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.) promised, if he were elected president, he would support the “most conservative, pro-life legislation” that Congress sends him.

Scott made his comments during an April 14 interview with NBC News, just days after he announced he was exploring the possibility of running for the nation’s high office.
