The 2020 Presidential Election is historic by any measure and has been conducted in many ways under duress and subject to the relentless assault by a coordinated effort by media, Soros, the Democrat Party, and substantial foreign influence from China, Russia, and Iran. The very existence of our Republic is at stake. It is foundational to our country that every lawful vote count and any attempt to nullify or create votes or claim the presidency outside of the constitutional process is willful election interference.
The legacy mainstream media has declared a winner. That is not only sad, but inaccurate. No winner has been declared, and it is irresponsible to declare a winner at this time. The media do not select a president elect. There is a Constitutional process, and it is being followed.
Building upon the Aug. 21, 2020 article, “Gross Fraud Threatens the Foundation of Our Republic,” we knew in advance what was going on. Up until now the levels of willful fraud have been manageable and relatively counter-balanced by the integrity of those involved. We now have entered a brave new world where we are achieving Venezuelan type election results on a national scale.
Now the vote is so wrought with challenges that the stability of the country is threatened. The forms of fraud can be essentially narrowed down to 10 categories. This fraud is of particular importance in seven battleground states: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Forms of Fraud
- Willful actions or gross negligence by sworn Election Officers at the State or County level or other officials such as members of the U.S. Postal Service.
“Fact checkers” have asserted the addition of 138,000 votes for Biden and none for Trump in Michigan on the morning of Nov. 4, 2020 was an administrative error and backed out. This situation is still being investigated and is unclear if the unlawful votes were really backed out. In any case, this whole matter was brought to light by concerned citizens watching the election returns and highlights the manual ability of Sworn Election Officers to “top load” votes to election results.
Also in Michigan, a member of the U.S. Postal Service reported that their supervisors backdated the stamps on ballots received on Nov. 4 to Nov. 3 to make sure they were counted. Furthermore, Election Officials in Pennsylvania have denied access to Republican Observers, even after a court order.
- Mail-in ballots combined with Ballot Harvesting (especially quantities of ballots being brought in before or after close of polls on Nov. 3, 2020)
Likely the greatest fraud in gross numbers in the 2020 election is the mail-in ballot. In at least one of the seven states in question, Pennsylvania, the sheer quantity of mail-in ballots with no reasonable control measures such as signature, control mark, paper weight/weave evaluation or any methodology to establish the authenticity of the ballot approaches the absurd. A self-confession by a Democrat operative who revealed their success in regular large-scale voting mail in and ballot harvesting operations in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania are chilling.
- Unlawful actions or gross errors through Cyber that affect the voting outcome
Already in Michigan, it has been shown that 6,000 votes were changed through a software “glitch” from Trump to Biden. Because of the need for technical expertise to spot these issues, this form of fraud is demonstrating concerning signs of being prevalent and largely unnoticed by many including trained cyber forensic professionals—but some have identified the passwords of voting systems in states with nominal research and the ability to re-open optical scanners after closing of the polls and the addition and backdating of votes. Russ Ramsland of Allied Special Operations Group did remarkable forensics to identify a dramatic change in the number of votes in the 2019 election for the Governor of Kentucky. Sidney Powell said the software programs known as Hammer and Scorecard, which were developed for U.S. intelligence agencies, have been used by Democratic operatives to change votes and actively undermine the election.
- Unlawful registration of mass numbers of unlawful participants
18 USC § 611, states “It shall be unlawful for any alien to vote in any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing a candidate for the office of president, vice president, presidential elector, member of the Senate, member of the House of Representatives.” A violation of this section can result in a fine with up to one year in prison.
A review of Virginia Jury Pools in 2019, that by Virginia law are pulled from the voter registration rolls, reflected that over 10 percent of Virginia voters were unlawful for several different reasons, including a large number that were not U.S. Citizens, a violation of 18 USC § 611. This is a disturbing number that has gone unaddressed.
- Statistical Anomalies that belie gross unlikeliness of Biden vote tallies
Non-partisan statisticians are delving deeply into the statistical anomalies and irregularities and with nominal research have identified significant trends that point immediately to the impossibility of Biden vote tallies.
- Willful attempts to deny equal access, transparency, and equal protection
There have been multiple, willful attempts of Sworn Election Officials to physically block and intimidate Republican poll watchers and Republican aligned (when required by state law to declare party affiliation) sworn-election officials. This is absolutely unacceptable and un-American and the ugliest of the forms of fraud.
- Cyber attack and denial of service to any attempts to study, identify, and publicize fraud
Any attempts to conduct serious, non-partisan research and public posting on the sanctity of the Nov. 3, 2020 election have been ferociously attacked and undermined. This is willful cyber action intended to deny service, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and web access. All of this is in addition to the well-known coercive behavior of social media to block and delete traffic and postings they don’t agree with. This behavior is a conspiracy and willful crime under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
- Tyranny of “Fact Checkers” and “De-Bunkers”
One of the most pernicious actions is the mythical world of Fact Checkers and De-Bunkers who, almost before any hint of fraud is posted, aggressively and loudly assert any hint of fraud is false. With nominal research the assertions of the “Fact Checkers and “De-Bunkers” is sketchy and wobbly in itself. These self-appointed gate keepers of truth are willful enablers of computer fraud and abuse.
- Willful attempts to deny minorities equal access, equal protection, and civil rights
With all these forms of fraud, as President Trump received historically high spikes of support from minority groups; their votes are being nullified by fraud. This is unacceptable and un-American.
- Housekeeping and sloppy voter registration
Always present, the utter lack of housekeeping on state voter registration lists leads to large amounts of dead voters, ineligible voters, voters of questionable existence and other matters, which makes regular and diligent housekeeping central to the sanctity to the accuracy and veracity of voting rolls.
There Is a Constitutional Process to Get Us Out of This Mess
Federal Law is scant on election matters and needs additional clarifications. Correcting this is for later. For right now there is a pathway to legally and lawfully handling this mess we’re in. The state legislators of the seven contested states should vote in the electors for the electoral college and determine the electoral votes for the President-Elect. Done with oversight of the Supreme Court, there is a lawful, constitutional process to get the cartwheel out of the ditch and ensure the continued success of the United States.
