Operations at the Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) were suspended on Thursday morning as a storm is passing over the area.

The airport, via Twitter, made the announcement just after 9:30 a.m.

“Airlines will have flight status information,” part of an alert reads.

It is unclear how long operations will be suspended.
