Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that all energy infrastructure throughout the world is at risk following explosions on the Nord Stream 1 and 2 gas pipelines under the Baltic Sea last month.

Speaking at an energy forum in Moscow on Wednesday, the Russian leader said the explosions at the pipelines were a terrorist attack that have set “the most dangerous precedent,” Bloomberg reported.
