A Republican prosecutor could decide whether there is sufficient evidence to indict Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, on a growing list of potential charges. Investigations are pointing to alleged tax fraud, money laundering, violation of lobbying laws, and potentially others.
Emerging evidence is showing potential ties between the dealings of Hunter Biden and his father. During a 2013 trip, he took a trip on Air Force Two alongside Joe Biden, when Hunter was trying to set up a Chinese private equity fund. NBC News reports that during the trip, Hunter introduced his father to his Chinese business partner, and Hunter received his business license in China soon after.
