Kate Middleton’s pregnancy is taking its toll as a new tabloid report says that she is severely underweight.

Dr. Daniel Roshan told Life & Style magazine that Kate has lost weight since she found out that she was pregnant and that she’s now about 13 pounds underweight, weighing 108 pounds (at 5'9").

The report comes just days after a source told the National Enquirer tabloid that Kate only weighs 91 pounds, and recently suffered a health crisis that the Palace is trying to keep hush-hush.

“Kate’s collapse has been hushed up by the palace! It happened one recent morning when she felt dizzy. She'd been up all night vomiting and was weak, but she was trying to go about her morning routine,” the source said.

“Despite doctors’ orders that she have an aide nearby at all times, she didn’t summon help. Kate collapsed – only to be found on the floor a few moments later by one of her staff.”

A doctor on call was summoned and rushed to her aid.

Kate was determined to be fine after the doctor and William ordered her to be properly checked just in case at a medical facility. They took her to a private facility to avoid the news getting out.

“A checkup showed Kate was fine and so was the baby,” said the source. “But it was a real scare and now William has ordered that she be watched all the time.”

And despite still being severely sick--vomiting over a dozen times on some days--the queen has “bullied”  a “criticized and humiliated” Kate into doing royal engagements, thenew  Life & Style report claims.

“The queen had been unimpressed at the amount of official business Kate has missed out on,” the source said. “She feels enough is enough. Duty comes first, and it was time for Kate to step up to the plate.”

If Kate is so sick then she will go to the hospital, the queen believes.

“Queen Elizabeth has a very strong work ethic and hardly had to cancel any royal duties during her lifetime due to ill health. She will always put work first and believes Kate should be doing the same,” another insider said.

Meanwhile, Prince William and Kate are planning on having most of Christmas at their place in Norfolk as opposed to traveling to one of their parents’ homes.

Since the pair was married three years ago, they’ve alternated between his parent’s home and her parent’s home.

But they'd like to ease the burden this year with Kate pregnant with her second child.

They'd like to have Kate’s parents over to Anmer Hall, a 10-bedroom home on the ground of Sandringham with plenty of space to host them.

Kate’s parents would then have dinner with William and Kate, while the couple for the short trip to have lunch with Queen Elizabeth and the royal family at Sandringham House in Norfolk.

Kate’s parents Michael and Carole and siblings Pippa and James wouldn’t have lunch with the Queen but Kate and William would come back home to them and spend the rest of the day there.

“It is highly unlikely that Kate’s family will be invited to the big Christmas lunch, or the famous Boxing Day shoot. ”Perhaps one day they will be invited to the big house for tea, but not for lunch or dinner, and not on Christmas Day,” a source told the Daily Mail.

“The Queen is fond of Kate and doesn’t mean to exclude her family – indeed she has broken many of the old rules for them in the past. ”But if all of her children and grandchildren’s wives had their families to lunch, there wouldn’t be enough room, even at Sandringham House’s dining room.”

The plans haven’t been confirmed yet but a friend of the family’s told People magazine that Anmer “makes a lot of sense in that it is just down the road from Sandringham.”

The proximity would keep both families happy while lowering the stress for William and Kate.

“They could wake up at home, open their stockings and then head to church and join up with the rest of the royal family,” said veteran royals author Judy Wade.

Kate is currently staying with her family in Bucklebury but the couple is expected to be living in Anmer Hall again soon, which is near where William got a job as an air ambulance helicopter pilot.
