Two people were killed in a small plane crash at the Kansas City Charles B. Wheeler Airport on Sunday.
Local officials told 41 Action News that the plane crashed at the downtown-area airport.
It was a single-engine aircraft.
Officials are investigating the cause of the crash.
The plane apparently went off the runway, the station reported.
