Commentary
Last week, Joe Biden and Donald Trump visited two areas in Texas along the border with Mexico. Mr. Biden visited Brownsville with Customs & Border Protection (CBP) officials, while Mr. Trump accompanied Gov. Greg Abbott at Eagle Pass.
