Commentary
Federal District Judge Brian Murphy of Massachusetts has issued a remarkable preliminary ruling in the case labeled American Association of Pediatrics vs. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. The judge finds for the plaintiff (AAP) and has issued the equivalent of an injunction against the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). Its meeting schedule for next week is thus cancelled.
