Judge Brian Murphy of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts has issued a remarkable preliminary ruling in the case labeled American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) v. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. The judge has found for the plaintiff and issued the equivalent of an injunction against the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). Its meeting scheduled for March 18 was thus canceled.
