Parents’ Rights: Why a Judge Stopped California From Concealing Children’s ‘Gender Transition’ From Parents

A federal court on Dec. 22 barred California public education officials from misleading parents about their children’s “gender presentation in school.” The court’s injunction bars officials from lying to parents, denying them access to their children’s school records, or using pronouns or names for a child at school that are different from what they use when speaking with parents.
