At a New York City news briefing held on April 17, U.S. Attorney Breon Peace nailed the core national security issue at stake in the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) police stations in America fiasco: “This prosecution reveals the Chinese government’s flagrant violation of our nation’s sovereignty by establishing a secret police station in the middle of New York City.”
