Maroon 5’s latest single, ‘It Was Always You,’ is out.

The song will be the third track from the band’s upcoming fifth studio album, “V.”

“It Was Always You” can be downloaded via iTunes here, and will be free to download for those who pre-ordered “V.”

The album “V” is produced by 222 Records and Interscope Records, and will debut on September 22, 2014.

Maroon 5’s original keyboardist Jesse Carmichael is set to return for this album after a two-year hiatus.

The band is also comprised of frontman Adam Levine, guitarist James Valentine, bassist Mickey Madden, drummer/percussionist Matt Flynn, and keyboardist PJ Morton.
