A 22-year-old has been charged with capital murder after killing three teens in Central El Paso, on Sept. 14.

According to the El Paso police, Juan Frausto Cazares shot three victims, two male and one female, while Cazares was suffering from stab wounds.

The officers arrived at the scene of the crime, 3633 Lincoln, just before 6 p.m.

In the initial investigation, the officers believed that Ricardo Del Moro, 18, and Emmanuel Del Moro, 17, confronted Cazares and a fight ensued.

The two teens started stabbing Cazares while Leslie Ibarra, 17, stood by.

During the fight, the knife broke and the three teens fled into the parking lot of the apartment complex at 3633 Lincoln.

The investigators believe that both Del Moros and Ibarra were working together in the attack.

While the three were running off, Cazares retrieved a shotgun and fired one round, killing them.

Cazares was transported to University Medical Center to get treated for his stab wounds.

After his release from the medical center, Cazares was taken into custody, given a Capital Murder charge, and booked in El Paso County Jail with a bond of $1,000,000.
