North Carolina Judge Dies From Fentanyl, Heroin Overdose: Autopsy

A medical examiner has determined that Guilford County Judge Tom Jarrell died from an opioid-related overdose, according to High Point Police Department media release (pdf).

Jarrell died at age 56 on Aug. 3.
