Leveson: A Press ‘Regulator With Teeth’ (+Video)

While three ruling parties agreed to use a Royal Charter in regulating the press, they still have their different views on the charter. Harriet Harman, Member of Parliament and shadow secretary of state for culture, said that it’s a regulation with teeth. Hacked Off, a campaign for a free and accountable press, hope the press will participate in the system.
