Khalil Amir Sharieff, Arrested with Justin Bieber: 5 Facts About Bieber’s Friend

Khalil Amir Sharieff, Justin Bieber’s friend, was arrested with him for drag racing. 

So who is here? Here’s five facts about him.

1. Sharieff is a singer too, known as Khalil. H’s from California and signed with Def Jam Records in 2008. He’s also featured in three songs on the mixtape of Lil Twist, another friend of Bieber’s. But he’s no longer signed with Def Jam.

2. He’s the same age as Bieber, 19.

3. He’s a filmmaker, releasing a documentary about himself. He skates, does music, and does other work as well as hobbies during the movie. “I’m not too much of a wild guy,” he says in the film. “I’m all about work, I’m all about studio.”

4. He’s not as big as Bieber, but he has a large following. That includes over 170,000 Twitter followers, and over 358,000 Instagram followers.

5. He hangs out with Bieber a lot. He’s been posting photos of the pair for the last several days and they have hung out at other times as well.
