Khalid Moshin Shaeri, a 20-year-old Saudi man bedridden because of his 1,345 pound weight, was transferred to a medical center in the city of Riyadh. King Abdullah paid for the trip. A forklift was used to carry Shaeri to an ambulance and then onto an airplane, according to Sky News. Part of his home had to be demolished to get him out.
