In Flatbush, Brooklyn, a 19-month old was found dead Sunday night.
He had no visible trauma, reports Brooklyn News 12, when he was rushed to Community Hospital .
The toddler, Justin Stephens, was found at 1199 Ocean Ave. when police received a call about an emotionally disturbed woman.
