Can giving children more options for K-12 schooling help rectify America’s ailing education system?

Does school choice help or hurt kids from poor or disadvantaged backgrounds?

And, what kinds of funding and schooling opportunities are currently available to families who want to try something different?

This is American Thought Leaders 🇺🇸, and I’m Jan Jekielek.

In this episode, we sit down with school choice advocate John Schilling, President of the American Federation for Children. He previously worked for the Arizona Department of Education and was Chief of Staff for the Education Leaders Council in Washington, D.C. He also worked on education for the Arnold Schwarzenegger gubernatorial campaign.

American Thought Leaders is an Epoch Times show available on Facebook and YouTube.
