Jeb Bush, the former Florida governor and Republican presidential candidate, answered a question in an interview saying he would kill a baby Adolf Hitler if he was given the opportunity.
“Hell yeah,” Bush said enthusiastically in response to a question from the Huffington Post.
He said, “You’ve got to step up man — that would be key.”

The question arose during an interview when someone asked him about the strangest or funniest email he received at his presidential campaign address.
“I’ve gotta figure out which ones are not X-rated,” Bush joked. “That’s the only problem.”
The issue of Baby Hitler arose when the New York Times Magazine polled readers last month about what they’d do in that scenario. He noted hypothetical complexities in killing the German dictator before he had the chance to set off World War II.

“The problem with going back in history and doing that as we know … from the series ‘Back to the Future,’ is it could have a dangerous effect on everything else,” Bush told the reporter. “But I’d do it.”
Bush’s response came as he was passing through New Hampshire on his way to Wisconsin for Tuesday’s GOP debate on the Fox Business Channel.
The NYT Magazine’s poll found that 42 percent would kill a baby Adolf Hitler, 30 percent said they would not, and 28 percent said they were not sure.
In recent weeks, Bush’s numbers in the polls have dropped. As a result, he attempted to rejuvenate his image with the slogan, “Jeb Will Fix It.”
According to Florida Politics, Bush is looking to engage the debate on his own terms and will take a more aggressive persona and stances.
“Whatever you call it, it’s not a debate,” Bush said, according to the website. “It’s a chance to be able to say what you think. And I’m going to take advantage of that.”
