Hunter Biden’s dealings with Chinese energy firm CEFC are in violation of the U.S. Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), Rep. Mike Johnson said on April 5.

Johnson lamented at a House Judiciary subcommittee hearing that the FBI has shown markedly little interest in enforcing the act now that Democrats hold the White House, after having opened aggressive FARA investigations of people and organizations while President Donald Trump was in office.
