A community college in Washington state, Highline College, was placed on lockdown on Friday morning amid reports of gunfire.
Police are responding to the scene, KIRO7 reported.

On Twitter, the Renton Police Department wrote: “Renton PD and multiple agencies assisting at Highline Comm College for reports of ‘shots fired’, nothing confirmed yet.”
The school is located in Des Moines, Washington, located south of Seattle.
The school has about 17,000 students.
