A designer from the U.K. has developed a 426.5-foot-long superyacht concept called Epiphany which would make it among the largest vessels of its kind. As such, it would be incredibly expensive to build, with the creator Andy Waugh admitting in a recent CNN report that the cost would range between $260 million to $660 million depending on the interior finishes.

Notable features in the concept include several decks including one with a large pool and lounge area. One of the top decks is reserved for the owner who can also enjoy a dedicated library, balcony, screening room, and office suite. There is also a section reserved for VIPs, with large private cabins, a theater, and a gym and spa.

Despite the extraordinary design, Waugh tells CNN that the odds of building the yacht are very low because the rich tend to be fickle.
