Grey’s Anatomy Season 10 returns to ABC on Thursday, March 27, 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET.

In this episode, Cristina imagines the two routes her life can take based on one decision she makes.

Meanwhile one of the hospital’s patients decides whether or not to live. Anne Dudek will guest star as the wife of the patient, according to TV Line.

Tessa Ferrer and Gaius Charles, who play residents Leah Murphy and Shane Ross, will not have their contracts picked up for Season 11, according to Deadline. They join long-time Grey’s Anatomy star Sandra Oh in leaving the series this season.

Both Leah and Shane are known for their complicated romances. In a recent episode, the hospital even implemented a non-fraternization policy after Leah lodged a complaint.

It is not known how the pair will depart the series.
