Sunita Mishra, 44, Physician, Seattle, USA: It’s too confusing for people the way it is now. There is a lot of information on there they don’t need to know. They just need to make it simpler. Because oftentimes there is a flavor of the month in the media about what’s important to know about food. Sometimes it’s protein, sometimes it's carbohydrates, and sometimes it’s fat. People get confused and look at things through one lens and they don’t have a good sense of what’s actually healthy or not. (The Epoch Times)

Shoppers across the world report they would be happier with labeling that is more honest, and that contains complete content lists, including additives and preservatives. This is what Epoch Times reporters from Sweden to Russia discovered when they asked locals:
