Florida Foot Bridge Collapse Leaves 4 People Dead

MIAMI (Reuters) - A newly erected pedestrian bridge spanning several lanes of traffic collapsed at Florida International University on Thursday, killing 4 people, Miami-Dade County Fire Chief Dave Downey said.
