Here’s a good way to get the kids, or pretty much anyone, to have fun peeling potatoes. 

First, you buy a brand new toilet brush. Cut off the wide part at the end of the handle and stick the remaining, thin part of the toilet brush handle into a power drill. Fill a bucket with water and place your potatoes in it. It may be a good idea to take it outside so as not to make a mess. 

Fire up the drill, and stick it in the water with the potatoes. It will strip all the skin off the potatoes, and it’s a lot less tedious that cutting off the skins strip-by-strip.
