Rescue Efforts Underway After 7.4 Magnitude Earthquake Struck Taiwan

Views of damaged vehicles as rescue and relief efforts are underway in Hualien, Taiwan, on Thursday after the biggest earthquake in at least 25 years killed 9 people on Wednesday, injuring more than 1,000, with 56 trapped in tunnels and collapsed buildings.
