Officials Announce Health Care Fraud Arrests in ‘Operation Never Say Die’

Federal officials announce the arrest of eight suspects charged with scheming to defraud the U.S. health care system of more than $50 million, in part through sham hospice care operations that billed Medicare for ineligible patients, during an “Operation Never Say Die” announcement on April 2.
