NSF–DOE Vera Rubin Observatory Releases First Images of Cosmos

The National Science Foundation (NSF) and Department of Energy (DOE)-funded Vera C. Rubin Observatory release their first images of the cosmos, generated by the world’s newest and most powerful survey telescope equipped with the largest digital camera ever built, at 11 a.m. ET on June 23.
