Lisa McClain (R-Mich.) said the proposed expansion of Title IX rules in scholastic athletics will ultimately hurt female athletes, as she delivered her closing remarks during a House Oversight Committee hearing on “The Importance of Protecting Female Athletics and Title IX” in Washington on Tuesday.
