A 16-member delegation of North Korean defectors (including leaders of nine nongovernmental organizations and seven special witnesses) testifies at the 21st annual North Korea Freedom Week event at 1:00 p.m. ET on July 10 to promote the freedom, human rights, and dignity of the North Korean people.
