Adm. Kevin E. Lunday is sworn in as the 28th commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard during an assumption of command ceremony at 11 a.m. Et on Jan. 15.
The ceremony is presided over by the Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, who will also provide remarks.
