Former New York City Mayor Giuliani Appears in NY Court Amid Dispute Over Assets

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is due to appear in Manhattan federal court on Jan. 3, where a judge will consider a request to hold him in civil contempt for failing to turn over his assets to two Georgia election workers to whom he owes $148 million for defamation.
