Arsenal could move for Edinson Cavani, Sami Khedira might go to Chelsea, and Liverpool target Giuseppe Rossi.

The Gunners are gunning for Paris Saint-Germain marksman Edinson Cavani, according to Spanish journalist Kike Marin.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is known to be a fan of the 27-year-old Uruguayan striker, and is set to make a bid if PSG manages to sign Angel di Maria first.

PSG need to sell players should they bring in the Argentine midfielder or face UEFA Financial Fairplay sanctions, and Cavani is likely to be one of those who is likely to be shown the door in that event.

Cavani is currently valued at £51 million ($85.1 million), and Liverpool, Manchester United, and Chelsea are also keen on the striker.

Another player who could be London bound is German midfielder Sami Khedira.

According to Express, the 27-year-old Real Madrid player is being squeezed out of the Los Blancos midfield after the arrival of his compatriot Toni Kroos from Bayern Munich, as well as Colombian World Cup star James Rodriguez.

Arsenal and Chelsea are reportedly interested in engaging the German’s services, although Khedira is said to prefer a move to Stamford Bridge, where he will be reunited with former Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho.

Up on Merseyside, Liverpool are still looking for a striker to replace Luis Suarez, and could sign Giuseppe Rossi, CaughtOffside reports.

Anfield boss Brendan Rodgers could make a £20 million ($33.4 million) bid for the 27-year-old Italian international.

The former Manchester United striker scored 16 goals in 21 Serie A appearances after moving to Fiorentina last season.

If he does move, he will be Rodgers’ ninth signing of the 2014 transfer window.
