‘Teletubbies’ Actor Dies at 52

An actor who appeared on “Teletubbies” died at the age of 52.

Simon Shelton, who is known for playing purple Teletubby Tinky Winky, was confirmed dead by the BBC on Tuesday, Jan. 23.
