Tatiana Schlossberg, a writer and environmental journalist who was a granddaughter of President John F. Kennedy, died Tuesday morning at the age of 35, her family announced.

“Our beautiful Tatiana passed away this morning. She will always be in our hearts,” her family said in a statement shared on social media by the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum. The message was signed by multiple family members and issued on behalf of the extended Kennedy and Schlossberg families.
