Actress Gwyneth Paltrow has stepped in as a temporary spokesperson for the New York-based tech company Astronomer, following the recent resignation of two top executives after an incident at a Coldplay concert drew viral attention online.

In a brief video shared Friday on social media, Paltrow, who was married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin for more than a decade, announced she had been hired “on a very temporary basis” to represent the company’s employees and respond to a surge of public interest.
