‘Floribama Shore’ Star Kirk Medas Dies at 33 Following Battle With Necrotizing Pancreatitis

Kirk’s father confirmed that the reality star succumbed to liver failure after spending nearly two weeks in the ICU.

Kirk Medas, best known for his role on MTV’s reality series “Floribama Shore,” died on May 2 after a prolonged hospitalization due to severe complications from necrotizing pancreatitis. He was 33.

“We are deeply saddened to learn of the tragic passing of Kirk Medas, a beloved member of the ‘Floribama Shore’ family,” MTV wrote in a statement posted to social media. “Our hearts go out to his family, friends and fans during this difficult time.”
