Britney Spears Voluntarily Enters Rehab Facility

Britney Spears was taken into custody on March 4 by California Highway Patrol officers and released several hours later.

Pop star Britney Spears has entered a rehab treatment facility after she was arrested last month on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI), her representative said on April 12.

The representative said in a statement provided to multiple news outlets that Spears has voluntarily checked herself into a substance abuse treatment facility.
