Pop Star Britney Spears Booked, Released After DUI Arrest in Southern California

The ‘Princess of Pop’ is scheduled to appear in Ventura County Superior court on May 4.

Award-winning pop star Britney Spears was arrested Wednesday night in Southern California on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI).

California Highway Patrol (CHP) arrested Spears, 44, at around 9:30 p.m. local time, according to records from the Ventura Sheriff’s Office reviewed by The Epoch Times.
