“Devil Wears Prada” star Emily Blunt is pregnant, her spokesperson confirmed to Us Weekly Wednesday. Blunt and her husband, former “Office” star John Kransinski have expressed before their desire to have children.
Blunt, 30, told Manhattan magazine last year: “We want to have children; I just don’t know when yet. I’m just not sure about the timing of all of that. ...We’re both from big families so I think it’s something we want.”
Kransinski, 33, told Today last year about his observations while working with Matt Damon. Us cites: “We actually wrote with children climbing all over him, and he was doing bath time and dinner and everything, and we still got it done.”
Blunt and Kransinski were married in 2010. In June this year, they bought a new home in which to raise their growing family. The 4,177-square-foot home is in Ojai, Calif., and it is run on renewable energy, reports TMZ.
Other stars expecting include Gwen Stefani and her husband, Gavin Rossdale, according to Us; Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman, Cowell told the BBC; James and Kimberly Van Der Beek, Kimberly confirmed on her blog; and Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green, a rep confirmed to People Magazine, to name a few.
