Customer Sues Southwest Airlines Over Denied Refunds for 2 Canceled Flights

A Louisiana man has filed a federal lawsuit against Southwest Airlines, claiming that the company improperly denied refunds for flights that were canceled during its recent operational chaos.
The lawsuit, filed on Dec. 30, 2022, in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, “is believed to be the first” legal complaint arising from Southwest’s pre- and post-Christmas snarls, Law and Crime reported.
