The first Coffee Fest was held (not surprisingly) in Seattle in 1992. From there it’s expanded to include gourmet tea, the alternative beverage industry plus retailers, distributors, manufacturers. Today there are three Coffee Fest trade shows per year: in New York, Chicago, and Seattle.
