MakerVille announced on Aug. 15, that in response to the serious
incident that happened on Jul 28, at the MIRROR WE ARE LIVE Concert, all remaining shows have been canceled.
The artist management company has proposed two options for fans, ticket refund or exchange.
Refund Arrangement
MakerVille said, “All ticket holders who have purchased their concert tickets via Urbtix City Ticketing Network, Cityline, or through the Organizer Music Nation Productions Company Limited or MakerVille Company Limited can apply for a full refund, including handling fees from Sep 15, 2022, to Sep 14, 2023.”Exchange Option
Alternatively, fans can keep the original valid tickets to exchange tickets of the same value at a future designated MIRROR Concert.
