Dr. Denis Mukwege, who opened Panzi Hospital in 1999, will be in attendance at the dinner. He and his staff have treated more than 50,000 girls and women who were victims of sexual violence with a holistic, survivor-centered model of care.

The four-course dinner is hosted by executive chef Leonardo Marino of the Marcus Samuelsson Group with participating chefs Angelo Sosa (Añejo), Roxanne Spruance (Kingsley), and Alicia Walter (Once Upon a Tart).

The dinner will take place on Monday, Sept. 25, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tickets range from $1,000 to $15,000.
