Cedric Lee says that Deniece Millet Cornejo is attractive but the kisses he gave her in the elevator in her building--caught on CCTV footage--were only in jest.
Lee said that Cornejo is “delicious enough to be raped,” reported ABS-CBN.
Lee addressed the issue after being asked by reporters after he faced the Department of Justice along with Cornejo during the second preliminary investigation into the criminal charges filed against them by Vhong Navarro.
The most recent footage was obtained by authorities during the investigation and published by broadcasters including ABS-CBN. It shows Lee kissing each of Cornejo’s cheeks in the elevator on the same night as the controversial situation with Navarro.
That situation, Cornejo and Lee claim, was attempted rape at Cornejo’s apartment. Navarro says that the situation was a beating and blackmail, and his story is generally more believed and appears to be backed up by evidence including other CCTV footage from the apartment building.
Zimmer Raz and Bernice Lee, Lee’s sister, were also at the hearing. They allegedyl helped Lee and Cornejo carry out the beating and extortion.
Lee’s new layer Howard Calleja, who is representing the others as well, asked the Department of Justice not to allow media coverage of the hearing, because his clients already feel harrassed. But the judge denied the request.
Navarro sued Lee and the others for serious physical injuries, grave threat, grave coercion, unlawful arrest, blackmail, and serious illegal detention, which is a non-bailable offense.
Cornejo in turn filed a rape complaint against Navarro.
