A 4.5-magnitude earthquake hit near Castaic, California, and was felt in Los Angeles.
The US Geological Survey reported the quake hit after 7 p.m. local time. It’s unclear if there was any damage.
The quake had a depth of 5.5 miles, and it was located near Santa Clarita, Fillmore, and Quartz Hill.
