Police Arrest Woman Who Allegedly Tried to Kidnap 4-Year-Old at Target

Police arrested a woman Feb. 28 alleging she tried to kidnap a 4-year-old boy at a Target store in the Koreatown area of Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Police Department identified the woman Feb. 29 as Los Angeles resident Vanessa Yara Pineda, 27.
