Siyamak sits down with JConr Ortega, homeless advocate in San Francisco. He will talk about why the homeless in San Francisco are not getting the help they need to get off the streets. We also invited another guest Tony Hall, former supervisor with San Francisco to give us his insights why the downward spiral is hard to stop.
